PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED ACCESS

Dual-Access GYRO TECH
System 500

When you need to conquer rush-hour traffic and meet the access needs of the elderly and physically challenged, give the job to the GT System 500. The System 500 is a sturdy, durable, dual-access unit that provides both automatic and manual operations; and Optional Speeds, which provides an energy saving 8 to 10 second cycle. Both options allow an adjustable hold-open range of 2 to 60 seconds to meet your specific needs.

In the manual mode, the door opens with less than 12 pounds of pressure and spring closes slowly. The System 500 meets the access requirements of ANSI 117.1 & 156.19 (American National Standards Institute), SCC ( Standards Council of Canada) and ADA ( Americans with Disabilities Act) as tested by UL ( Underwriters Laboratory) and CSA ( Canadian Underwriters Laboratory). The system 500 can be fitted to your existing door, making it easy to install and maintain.

Handling heavy traffic is all in a day's work for the GT System 500!

Gyro Tech System 710
The GT System 710 Gemini provides an affordable solution to access challenges encountered by those unable to operate manual doors.

The System 710 operates in both automatic and manual modes. It has a 2 to 60 second hold-open range, an automatic " Recycle" feature to safely stop, then close the door if an obstruction is encountered and a " push 'n' go" feature for automatic opening of the door when activated when by the pedestrian. In the manual mode, the system closes slowly upon release to enable safe passage.

The GT 710 has an adjustable and heavy duty door closer and a large chain drive. This offers the flexibility to adjust the closing pressure as needed for specific site conditions when variable pressure is required.

The 710 features include:

bulletA compact 5 3/4 X 6" ( 146.0mm X 152.0mm) cross section.
bulletEasy manual mode operation with door closer in event of power failure.
